Absinthe Brasserie & Bar serves classic and creative upscale French brasserie fare for lunch and dinner. It also offers late-night café dining in its lively bar Tuesday through Saturday, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Absinthe restaurant is closed on Monday but Absinthe Private Dining is available.

Located in the vibrant Hayes Valley neighborhood at the corner of Hayes and Gough Streets and convenient to San Francisco 's Civic Center , Absinthe is a popular choice before or after performances for patrons of the city's symphony, ballet and opera. Valet parking is available evenings and by special arrangement on Sundays and Mondays. Several public parking lots are located conveniently nearby. Arlequin Wine Merchant and Arlequin Food to Go are open every day.

Arlequin Wine Merchant features over 500 domestic and international selections. The Hayes Street shop also offers older and hard-to-find imports, as well as one-of-a-kind bottles. A changing selection of good value wines is available from $6 to $15 as well as a selection of some of the most treasured and expensive wines available. In addition to its highlighted California wines, the collection includes wines from France , Italy , Spain , Portugal , Australia , New Zealand , South Africa , Chile , Germany , Austria and other U.S. wine-growing regions such as Oregon and Washington .
